Purchasing Details

The minimum order value is £25 excluding VAT and postage.

Order value £25 - £149.99, postage and packing will be charged at £6.00 excluding VAT.

Free postage and packing on UK orders over £150 excluding VAT.

Descriptions

Descriptions are intended to give an accurate picture of the goods and to comply with the Trade Descriptions Act but we cannot guarantee total accuracy.

Colours/designs are mixed unless otherwise stated. Items are generally sold in multiples of 3's, 6's or 12's unless otherwise stated.

All colours/designs are as shown in the photographs, but may vary.

All lengths and dimensions stated are approximate and may vary slightly.

Delivery

We endeavour to despatch all orders within two working days and most orders are despatched within one working day. In the UK delivery is normally on the next working day from despatch but we cannot guarantee this. Delivery times to countries other than the UK vary.

Back Orders

If your items are not in stock, we will ‘back order’ for you. We will contact you when the item/s are back in stock. You will have the option to cancel your order if you wish to do so. We do not charge for any item unless it is ready to ship.

Returns Policy

Faulty goods must be notified within 5 working days from receipt of goods. They will be replaced or refunded as required.

Your statutory rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/contents/made

Prices, VAT number / TAX ID

Prices quoted are subject to the prevailing rate of 20 % VAT in the UK.

Overseas customers that are “VAT EXEMPT” must enter a valid VAT NO/TAX ID on the “create an account” form for this to be applied at checkout. Orders within the EEC will be charged VAT unless a Valid VAT registration number can be provided.

Credit Card Security

When an order is placed on our website, payment cards are processed through PAYPAL’s secure portal. They are not held or processed by Talbot Fashions in any way.

We accept Visa, MasterCard & JCB credit card payments in pounds sterling. We do not accept American Express.

Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. When using this site all credit card details are encrypted in the PAYPAL software. Card details are not held by Talbot Fashions on any website or in any form.

Remittance Terms

Payment may be made by bank transfer, cheque, or credit/debit card.

Our terms are ‘payment with order’ unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.

Credit notes can be used against future orders or refunded if required

Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Tide Jewellery Ltd. T/A Talbot Fashions until paid for in full
